What $497 a month gets you

Three Things. One Simple Price.

Not a menu. A product. Every practice gets all three — the website, the Reviews app, and the quarterly tune-up.

01

The Website

Custom-designed — not a template — and built to be read by people and quoted by AI. Your story pulled out of you with a 60-question brief, a real FAQ in the words patients type, and structured data that tells the machines exactly who you are and where.

  • Design that looks like you charge what you charge
  • Hosting, security, updates and small edits — handled
  • Your domain stays yours, always

Your Branded Reviews App

A page with your logo that you text, email, or put on a card at the front desk. Two buttons. No app store, nothing to install. It's how a practice gets the two things that actually move it up in AI answers: recent Google reviews and real patient video.

Leave a Google ReviewOne tap opens your Google review page. A sentence is plenty.
Record a Short VideoThirty seconds on their phone. Before it lets them record, it checks their light, sound and framing and tells them how to fix it — so a 70-year-old at home gets a good take on the first try.
Consent, Then Your ApprovalEvery video comes with the patient's written OK. We trim it and text you a yes/no. Nothing goes on your site until you've seen it.
Fresh Content That's Actually YoursApproved clips go onto your website with review markup the AI can read. Not blog filler — your patients, in their words.
Open the Sample App → Works best on your phone. Tap around — nothing you record is saved.

A real client, recording on his phone. The app checks light, sound and framing before it lets you hit record. Branded with your logo, your colors, your Google link.

The Quarterly Tune-up

AI search changes every few months, and a site that was in great shape in January can be behind by summer. So every three months I go through the same seven things for your practice, fix what's slipped, and send you a one-page note of what I found and what I fixed. We'll also get on a quick call so anything new — a service, a staff member, a talk you gave — goes on the site that week.

  1. 1Google Business Profile

Complete, right category, photos current, every review answered.

  2. 2Recent Reviews

AI looks at your last 90 days, not your lifetime total. We keep them coming in.

  3. 3Same Name, Address, Phone Everywhere

Every listing — Google, Healthgrades, Apple Maps, insurance directories — says the same thing.

  4. 4Things Only You Could Say

What you believe, the cases you see, the questions patients actually ask. In your words.

  5. 5Something New on the Site

Real news from the quarter — not filler, not AI blog posts.

  6. 6Mentions Elsewhere

Press, podcasts, associations, hospital affiliations — and they link back to you.

  7. 7Nothing Broken

Fast, indexed by Google and Bing, structured data still valid, forms still working.

  8. Quarterly noteQ4 · 2026
Your Practice — What We Found, What We Fixed

One page. What slipped, what we fixed, and the one thing we need from you this quarter.

$497/mo
No Setup Fee. 90 Days To Start, Then Month To Month. Sign First, Then Pay.

90 days to start, then month to month with 30 days' notice. The $497 is what keeps the site working, every month: the SEO, the AI readiness, the Reviews app, the Found on AI check across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity, hosting, updates, and me on the phone. This is not set it and forget it. Somebody has to keep this site current every month, going forward, and that somebody is me.

Fix My Website

"Our SEO guy already does that"

This Replaces Your SEO. Here's What That Actually Means.

I hear it on almost every call, so let's talk about it. Most practices I meet are paying somebody $1,000 to $1,500 a month for SEO and can't tell me what they get for it. That's not on you. It's a business built on reports, and the reports always look fine.

What a $1,000 a Month SEO Retainer Usually Is

  • A monthly report from a tool showing keyword rankings and green arrows.
  • One or two blog posts a month, written by a junior or by AI, that no patient reads.
  • A handful of directory listings and low grade backlinks.
  • Some fiddling with title tags. A Google post now and then.
  • A monthly call.

The real work got done once, in month one. Months two through twenty four are maintenance and reassurance, and you keep paying because stopping feels like the rankings will fall.

What I Do Instead

  1. 1I Rebuild the Thing That Gets Read.

Google's crawler forgives a bad website. AI doesn't. It needs plain sentences that say who the doctor is, what you treat, where you are, and what patients say, in a form a machine can read and trust. The doctor bio, the FAQ, the reviews, the behind the scenes data. SEO firms don't touch this because their tools don't measure it yet.

  2. 2I Put You in It.

Your videos, your patients' videos through the Reviews app, your stories from our questionnaire. That's what gives AI a reason to name you. No agency does this, because it takes the doctor's time and a real relationship.

  3. 3I Show You the Proof.

Not a ranking report. We ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity the questions your patients ask, and show you who gets named. You, or the clinic down the street. Then we fix it, and check again.

And the SEO a one location practice actually needs is already in here. A fast site, clean structure, the right titles, your location and specialty in plain words, a live Google Business Profile with reviews coming in every week through the app. That's most of local SEO. The rest, the backlinks and the monthly blogs, is where the hours and the fakery live. I don't do it, and you don't need it.

Don't take my word for it. Open ChatGPT right now and ask it who the best doctor is for what you do in your city. If you're in the answer, keep your SEO guy. If you're not, let's talk.

This Is What We Show You in the Quarterly Updates.

Every quarter, we ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity the exact questions your patients ask. Then we write down who they named. You, or the clinic down the street. No ranking report, no green arrows. Just the answer a patient actually got, and what we're doing about it.

2 Who Got Named Instead. By Name.

If AI sent your patient to another clinic, you'll see which one and how many times. That's the part nobody else will show you, because it's the part that hurts. It's also the part that tells us exactly what to fix.

3 What We Changed, and What's Next.

Every update ends with what we did to your site this quarter, what it moved, and what we're doing next. AI models change every few months. Somebody has to keep up with them for you. That's me.

This isn't software you log into and forget. It's a check I run, read, and walk you through, every quarter, for as long as we work together. Because the site we launch on day one only stays in the answer if somebody keeps it there, going forward. That somebody is me.

Who's building your site

21 Years in Medical Marketing. Not a Web Guy Who Found AI Last Month.

I'm Jeff Igoe. I've spent two decades helping doctors get new patients — as a marketer, as a partner, and as an owner. I've launched and owned 18 clinics myself, so I know what a slow Tuesday feels like from your side of the desk.

That's the difference with IgoeScan. Your site isn't built by a template farm. It's built by someone who has filled clinic calendars in all 50 states and knows exactly what a patient needs to see before they pick up the phone.

And I work with you personally. You get my cell. You talk to me — not an account manager, not a ticket queue.

“I surround myself with the best of the best. That's why Jeff is on my team. Whenever I have a marketing question, a systems question, a new technology — Jeff is the guy I go to.”
Dr. Mark Luckie, DCClient
“Jeff has never been too busy to pick up and answer my call. That means a lot to me. He's an amazing source of connections and ideas, and he always brings an entrepreneur's eye to our office.”
Dr. Tim Dembowski, DCClient since 2025
“Even in the first few months we saw two to three times the leads we were used to. We're in a town of 1,200 people and we were still pulling from other towns. To this day I won't open a clinic until he's on the team. He is the master of his craft.”
Dr. Addy Knudsen, DCMulti-practice owner
“He had the skills and the experience that I could just hand things off to him and his team and not have to think about it again. I've known Jeff five years. He's genuine — a guy who wants to make an impact, not just make money.”
Dr. Jason Mulder, DCClient
“We don't need any more shortcuts. We need integrity, and we need to hold people accountable. It's not about growing fast, it's about growing right — and Jeff, you've got something very special here.”
Todd ColgroveClinic owner · Nebraska
“He's relationship-driven, versus trying to extract as much money as he can from your back pocket. That's the big difference. We've done physical medicine and all kinds of other verticals — Jeff's stuff just always worked. It always made the phone ring.”
Ben B., DCClient

Just a note

I Build These Personally.

I'm not outsourcing your site to a team you'll never meet. I use AI as a tool — I'd be lying if I said otherwise — but I'm the one on the call with you, pulling your story out, designing the site, checking the app, and doing the quarterly tune-up. This is a relationship, not a ticket.

That's also why I can only take on a handful of practices at a time. If there's a spot open, the button below is the way in. If there isn't, I'll tell you and put you on the list.

Questions doctors ask

Straight Answers

What exactly do I get for $497 a month?

Three things, every month: a custom website we design, build, host and maintain; your branded Reviews app for Google reviews and short patient videos; and a quarterly tune-up of the seven things that get a practice recommended, with a one-page note of what we found and fixed. On top of that, a Found on AI check on a regular basis: we ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity the questions your patients ask and show you who gets named. No setup fee. 90-day minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice. If you leave, the Reviews app and the ongoing work stop, I send you the site files, and you keep your domain — it was always yours.

Do I own the site?

After 90 days. If you're ever not happy, I send you the site files and we part ways, and someone else can update and maintain it. Nobody gets held hostage. But understand what the $497 is for: this is not a set-it-and-forget-it website. Somebody has to keep it current every month, add the patient videos, keep the Google profile alive, and check whether AI is still naming you. That's the job, and it's what you're paying for. Most practices pay an SEO company $1,000 a month for less.

Will ChatGPT actually recommend my practice?

AI assistants recommend practices they can read, verify and quote. Most clinic websites fail on all three, which is why they never get mentioned. We fix those seven things, keep them current, and show you the work each quarter. A practice that AI can read has a real shot at being recommended. One it can’t read has none.

I've had my site for years. Won't a new one wipe out my SEO?

It's the right question to ask, and the honest answer is no — if the switch is done properly. Most of your SEO doesn't live in your website's code. It lives in your domain, your Google Business Profile, and the links other sites have pointed at you over the years. None of that changes: same domain, same listing, same links. The only thing at risk is at the page level, and I protect that on every build. Before anything is touched I pull your Search Console data to see which pages actually bring people in — usually five to ten pages do almost all the work. Those pages keep their topic and their titles. Every old web address is permanently redirected to its new one, so nothing breaks and nothing 404s. On launch day the new sitemap goes to Google and I watch it for the first month. Expect a small wobble for a few weeks, then it settles and usually climbs, because the new site is faster and built for AI to read. What you can't protect by standing still is the search that's replacing Google — that's the part we're fixing.

What is the Reviews app, really?

A web page with your logo — no app store, nothing to install. Patients open it from a text, an email or a QR card at the front desk. One button opens your Google review page; the other records a short video on their phone after checking their lighting, sound and framing. Videos come to us with the patient's written consent, we trim them, you approve each one by text, and the approved ones go on your site.

Do you write blog posts?

No. AI is getting good at ignoring filler, and generic articles work against the trust signals that get you cited. What keeps your site fresh is real patient video, a new FAQ answer when patients ask something new, and the quarterly check-in where anything that changed at the practice goes on the site that week.

My SEO guy says he already does all this.

Ask him one question: open ChatGPT and ask who the best doctor is for what you do in your city. If you're in the answer, he does. If you're not, he's doing Google's job, not this one. Most SEO retainers are a monthly ranking report, a couple of blog posts and some directory listings. None of that tells AI who you are. I rebuild the site so AI can read it, put you and your patients in it, and show you who ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity actually name. The local SEO a one location practice needs is already inside the $497. See This Replaces Your SEO above.

Everyone says they do "AI SEO" now. How are you different?

Most add a FAQ and some structured data and call it done. We do that too; it takes an afternoon. The difference is the work that takes effort: pulling the real story out of the doctor, fixing the Google profile, reviews and listings that decide who gets named, and design good enough that a patient who sees you named also picks you. And the Reviews app — nobody else is handing doctors that.

Do I own my domain?

Yes, always. It stays at your registrar in your name. We give you the records to point it at the site; if you ever leave, your domain leaves with you.

What if I want ads too?

Once the site is working, Conscious Health Connections can run Google Ads, Meta ads, and — for practices that qualify — ads inside ChatGPT. The website comes first. Everything else is a conversation later.

CONSCIOUS HEALTH CONNECTIONS, LLC — DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES AGREEMENT

This Digital Marketing Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the enrollment date by and between Conscious Health Connections, LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company ("CHC"), and the enrolling medical practice identified in the enrollment form ("Client").

1. SERVICES

CHC agrees to provide the following services ("Services") to Client, together referred to as the IgoeScan Website Program:

(a) The Website — initial build (first 30–60 days): a custom-designed website for Client's practice, built from Client's strategy brief; structured data (MedicalBusiness / Physician / LocalBusiness / FAQ / Service); AI crawler access configuration; an answer-oriented FAQ; Google Business Profile review and set-up; and a listings (NAP) consistency audit. Client retains ownership of its domain name at all times.

(b) The Reviews App: a web page branded for Client's practice, hosted by CHC, that (i) links patients to Client's Google review page and (ii) allows patients to record a short video testimonial with a built-in lighting, sound and framing check and a written patient consent. Videos submitted through the app are delivered to CHC, edited by CHC, and published on Client's website only after Client has approved each clip. Client is responsible for the accuracy of any statements it approves for publication.

(c) Ongoing — hosting, upkeep and the Quarterly Tune-Up: hosting, security, software updates and reasonable minor content edits; and, each calendar quarter, (i) a check-in with Client to collect new information for the site and (ii) a tune-up covering Google Business Profile, review recency, listing consistency, structured-data validation and search-engine indexing, with a written summary of findings and changes delivered to Client.

Not included: paid advertising, blog or article writing, social media management, photography or video production beyond editing patient videos submitted through the Reviews App. These may be added under a separate written agreement.

No guarantee of results. AI assistants and search engines determine their own results. CHC does not guarantee that Client's practice will appear in, be recommended by, or rank in any AI assistant, search engine or directory, and no such promise is made or implied.

2. FEES AND PAYMENT

Client agrees to pay CHC a monthly retainer of Four Hundred Ninety-Seven Dollars ($497.00 USD) per month, billed automatically via Stripe on the same calendar day each month. The first payment is due upon enrollment. Minimum term: ninety (90) days. Client commits to the first three (3) monthly payments, which are owed in full once this Agreement is signed and are not cancellable or refundable. Client authorizes CHC to charge the payment method on file for all recurring monthly fees until the subscription is canceled in accordance with Section 3. After the first ninety (90) days the arrangement is month to month, and the monthly fee covers hosting, the Reviews app, the quarterly tune-up, updates and edits, and access to Jeff Igoe.

3. TERM AND TERMINATION

This Agreement commences on the enrollment date and runs for a minimum term of ninety (90) days (three monthly payments). It cannot be cancelled during the first ninety (90) days. After the first ninety (90) days it continues on a month-to-month basis, and either party may terminate this Agreement for any reason by providing thirty (30) days written notice via email to jeff.igoe@chealthconnections.com. During the notice period, monthly billing continues as normal and the final monthly payment will be charged at the start of that 30-day period. Client may not cancel mid-cycle to avoid a billing date and no partial-month refunds will be issued.

On cancellation (after the 90-day minimum term has been paid in full): the website is Client's under Section 4. Within ten (10) business days of the effective cancellation date, CHC will deliver the complete website files to Client and will keep the site live for up to thirty (30) additional days so Client can move it to hosting of their choice. The Reviews app, the quarterly tune-up, hosting and CHC's ongoing services end on the effective cancellation date.

Stopping before the 90-day minimum is paid: the three minimum payments remain owed in full. If the minimum term is not paid in full, ownership of the website does not transfer and no files are delivered; Client's domain has always been Client's.

CHC retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & WEBSITE OWNERSHIP

The website is yours once the first 90 days are paid. Full ownership of the website — its design, code, copy, images supplied by Client and structured data — transfers to Client when the three payments of the 90-day minimum term have been made in full, at no additional cost and with no buyout. Nothing further is ever owed for the site itself. Client's domain has always been Client's.

What the monthly fee covers. After the 90-day minimum term the subscription is month to month and covers hosting, the Reviews app, the quarterly tune-up, updates and edits, and access to Jeff Igoe for consulting — the ongoing work that keeps the site current for AI search. If Client cancels, Client keeps the site (Section 3) and the ongoing services end.

CHC retains ownership of all proprietary tools, processes, frameworks and methodologies, including the IgoeScan platform, the Reviews app software and the tune-up process. These are licensed for Client's use during an active subscription only. Third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, plugins) remain subject to their own licenses.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the other party's proprietary information and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent. This obligation survives termination of this Agreement.

6. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Client acknowledges that digital marketing results, including search engine rankings, AI citation frequency, and patient volume, cannot be guaranteed. CHC will use commercially reasonable efforts to improve Client's AI readiness and search visibility. Past results for other clients do not guarantee similar outcomes for Client.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall CHC's aggregate liability to Client exceed the total fees paid by Client in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. CHC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CHC, its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Client's breach of this Agreement, Client's medical practice operations, or any content provided by Client to CHC for inclusion in the deliverables.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Maui County, Hawaii, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement, together with the enrollment form, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements. This Agreement may be modified only by a written amendment signed by both parties.

11. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE

Client agrees that an electronic signature is legally binding and equivalent to a handwritten signature for purposes of this Agreement, in accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and applicable state law.
